Vertical Grinding Machine Z860 Quality assurance​:
 
   1.  After the final acceptance of the machine, the quality guarantee period is 12 months for the whole machine, and the warranty period of the purchased parts of the machine shall be subject to the warranty period of the manufacturer of the purchased parts, which shall not be less than 12 months.
 
 
  2.  Upon receipt of Party A's service requirements, Party B shall send its employees to the customer's site within 24 hours to find out the reason, and within 48 hours to find out the reason and implement the countermeasures.
 
  3. Party B shall provide free technical service and maintenance for all faults (except human factors and unshouldability) within the warranty period. If the maintenance is not good, Party B shall immediately replace the corresponding parts.
 
Machine description:
 
The machine is a gantry structure, composed of double columns, beams and bed to form a closed rigid frame structure. A transverse drag plate is arranged on the beam, and a vertical grinding head is respectively installed on the transverse drag plate.
 
 
The diamond roller trimmer is installed at one end of the table and is used to trim the side and bottom surfaces respectively.
 
The machine tool is controlled by the German Siemens or Japan FANUC system, which automatically controls the vertical and transverse feed of the grinding head, the hydraulic drive of the workbench, and the hand-held electric hand wheel.
 
Cooling filter system: During grinding and grinding wheel dressing, the workpiece is cooled and the grinding wheel is washed. Filter using magnetic separator, paper filter and natural settlement three filtration.
 
The coolant flow rate is 600L.
 
Equipped with automatic quantitative centralized lubrication system, lubricate the guide rail and screw of each feed shaft, with automatic lubrication mode.
The machine tool is fully enclosed (the working area and the back half of the machine tool are fully enclosed, the front-end operation position and the loading position), which is easy to clean and maintain.
